Rancho Linda Vista has different residency options for serious artists to carve out time, explore new directions, and connect with other creatives—in a magnificent desert setting.
An artist residency is awarded once a year to a gifted visual artist for a one-month summer stay. The award includes a small private house, studio, and stipend. To learn more:

For much of the year, the guest house and associated barn studio are available to rent on a monthly basis, for a flat fee of $700. Rentals are limited to serious creative practitioners, including visual artists, writers, filmmakers, composers, performers, etc. Learn more...
Mid-Century Modern Trailer
For those who don’t require a studio, a charming mid-century 1-BR trailer is available to rent from anywhere from a few days to a few months. The trailer is managed by the nonprofit RLV Oracle Arts. Email them to learn more.
